30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (First-Time Orders Only)

Trying YOU-CULT for the first time? If you’re not satisfied with your first purchase of any product, let us know within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll give you a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility:

  • Applies only to your first order of a product.
  • Limited to one opened item per customer (e.g., one bottle or package).
  • We may request feedback or photos to process the return — this helps us improve!

To request a refund under this guarantee, email us at you.cult.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for dissatisfaction.


🔁 Returns (For Unopened Items)

If you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, we accept returns of unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Product must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping is your responsibility unless the error was on our end.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used products (unless covered by the 30-day guarantee).
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us at you.cult.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

💳 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🛑 Order Cancellations
