Refund & Return Policy
At YOU-CULT, we want every experience with us to be straightforward and transparent.
This policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and order issues.
1. Change of Mind Returns (Unopened Items)
If you change your mind, you may return any unopened and unused item within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible:

The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.

You must provide proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status and process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear after processing.
2. First-Time Product Refund (Opened Item)
If this is your first purchase of a particular product and you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Please email you.cult.shop@gmail.com with your order number and a short explanation.
This applies to one opened unit per product per customer.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at you.cult.shop@gmail.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If approved, we will issue a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Products that have been opened or used, except under the first-time refund option

Gift cards, samples, or promotional items
5. Refunds & Processing Time
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to reflect in your account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
